There are many common illnesses that our tamariki can easily catch at school and in the community. Please see this Infectious Illness Poster, which explains symptoms and how long children should stay at home until they are well again.

 

Appointment Cancellation Policy

To help us provide timely care to all patients:

• Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee.

• If you do not attend your appointment and have not notified us, a fee will apply.

Please cancel as early as possible via the patient portal or by calling reception, so we can offer your appointment time to another patient.

 

Flu Vaccines

Are FREE for 65+, pregnant people & under 65 with specific conditions including mental health. Speak to a nurse to see if you are eligible.  There is a fee for those who are not eligible for a funded vaccine.
